CLEVELAND -- Several accidents have been reported throughout the morning as rush hour ramps up in Northeast Ohio after a winter blast covered local roads early Tuesday morning.

Snowfall began covering the roads Monday night in parts of town and has continued since.

Channel 3 crews report multiple plows on the roads overnight, but the heavy snowfall has proven too much to keep up with.

Accidents are being reported on almost every major Greater Cleveland highway, including I-77, I-480, I-90 and I-71.

Reports of cars colliding with trucks, buses and even a snow plow are cropping up from the west side to east side as slick roads make it difficult to drive.

Please use caution on the roads today.
