CLEVELAND -- A judge has set bond at $10,000 for a father charged in connection with the shooting death of his 6-year-old daughter.
Edmund Benson entered a not guilty plea in court to charges of child endangering and having a weapon under disability.
Benson's daughter, Nevaeh Benson, died after a gun she had picked up went off and struck her in the face and head. The child was pronounced dead at the hospital. The shooting happened at a home on East 116th Street.
