ROCKY RIVER -- An arrest warrant has been issued for a Cleveland man in connection with a shooting in Rocky River that left one man dead and another wounded.
Police say they have obtained an arrest warrant for Donovan Owens, 21 in connection with the shooting on Westway Drive on January 22.
According to a release from the Rocky River police chief, Owens was known by the victim/s of the shooting.
Officers and a SWAT team attempted to serve the warrant at Owens' residence in Cleveland Wednesday night but he was not home. Officers say they recovered a car being searched for in the investigation at the location in Cleveland.

Michael Macgillis, 39, died of his injuried. Another victim, Andrew Geraci, 43, remains hospitalized with three gunshot wounds.
