Police have arrest warrant for man who killed dog with arrow

CLEVELAND -- Police have issued an arrest warrant for Matthew Jones, 32, on a cruelty to animals charge.

The warrant was issued in connection with the shooting and killing of Henry, a lab-terrier mix, with an arrow at 3809 Burger Avenue on Saturday.

Evidence was presented to the City Prosecutor's Office and, after review, a warrant was issued.
