Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine sits down with Channel 3 News to talk about the findings of the state's investigation into a deadly police chase and shooting last November.
Two people died in the chase and shooting that followed. DeWine's report found that a breakdown in command and communication created the environment that allowed the chase to grow out of control.
The findings have been turned over to the Cuyahoga County prosecutor. A grand jury will determine whether any of the officers involved will face criminal charges.
