Family members of Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell watched closely today, as the Attorney General released his findings.

For months, they've cried loudly for an investigation into the police officer's actions. "She didn't deserve it. She didn't deserve to be murdered like that," says Dorothy Sigelmier, the aunt of Malissa Williams.

From moments following the police chase and shooting, Sigelmier felt the shooting was unjustified. She feels the number of police officers and number of shots fired was excessive. And after months of rallying with other family members, calling for a closer look at police actions, to hear the Attorney General say the police system failed was a small victory.

"I said I knew it. God kept telling me, I knew it, don't worry about it, I got it," says Sigelmier.

But her fight isn't over. She says she wants the State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County and the City of Cleveland to take further action against the officers involved.

"What I want is all the ones who shot a bullet into Timothy and Malissa, I want them punished ... And fired and go do some time for what they did."
