It was exactly 100 years ago Thursday that the Cleveland Animal Protective League was born. WKYC's Joe Cronauer stopped by there to wish them a Happy Birthday.
Cleveland Animal Protective League
Homeless animals continue to arrive at the Cleveland Animal Protective League for safe haven, and they continue to work tirelessly to provide them with the care they need and to find homes for them.
To celebrate 100 years of match-making and to continue their tradition of creating "happily ever afters" for pets and their people, they are reducing their adoption fees for this very special birthday celebration.
In lieu of gifts, the APL says "Please adopt!!"
