Fugitive of the Week accused of New Year's shotgun death

CLEVELAND -- The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Martellus Smith.

Smith is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and Cleveland police. Smith is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland and he also had a previous address near the 3100 block of E. 99th Street in Cleveland.

It is alleged that Smith, along with his brother, shot and killed a man with a shotgun around 2 a.m. New Year's Day.

Smith is considered to be armed and very dangerous.

Smith, 22, is about 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
