WESTLAKE -- The Ohio Department of Transportation says all lanes on I-90 eastbound have reopened.
Two lanes were closed for several hours Tuesday due to an accident near Route 252 (Columbia Road).
Police say the crash involved a dump truck and a semi. There are no injuries reported, but the crash spilled gravel on the highway.
