STOW -- A 12-year-old child who had an odor of chemicals on them led police to a suspected meth lab in Stow.
The student's school contacted police and officers searched the home. Police say an active "shake and bake" lab, chemicals and components were found in the home's basement. They add waste associated with meth manufacturing and other related items were found in the attached garage.
A couple at the home, Jason Little, 37 and Brandi Little, 28, were arrested and charged with illegal manufacturing of meth in the vicinity of a minor, illegal assembly of chemicals/components for manufacturing of meth in the vicinity of the minor and endangering children. They have been booked into the Summit County Jail
Five children ages 2, 8, 9, 11 and 12 have been taken into custody of Summit County Children's Services.
