CLEVELAND -- The Ohio Department of Transportation is taking a "wait and see" approach to this morning's forecasted snow and freezing rain.
Wind will also be a factor as the morning goes on. Road crews say wind can blow salt already on the roads as pretreatment off the roadways.
Below freezing temperatures and wind chills will continue to be factor.
