MENTOR -- The Mentor Police Department has made an arrest related to the Feb. 21 bomb threat at Ridge Middle School.
In cooperation with Mentor School officials, an investigation of the incident has resulted with a 13-year-old student being charged with inducing panic, a second degree felony.
The charge is based on the student writing the threat and causing the school to be evacuated.

Officials said the three middle schools impacted -- Shore, Memorial and Ridge -- held assemblies last Friday morning in response to threats of violence at each of the schools last week.
The investigation into each threat continued Friday. Police have identified suspects in two of the four threats and have also determined all four were unsubstantiated.
