CLEVELAND --  At 8:22 a.m. Monday, Third District zone cars responded to Cedar Avenue & E. 30th Street for a report of a pedestrian struck.

On arrival police found three male victims -- an adult, 26, and two five year olds.

EMS was notified and responded to the scene. The two five year olds were treated by EMS workers and released to their mothers who responded to the scene.

The man was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he is being treated for his injuries.

The preliminary investigation reveals that the man was crossing E. 30th Street with the boys in the crosswalk when a black Mustang GT -- possibly a '04 or '05 model -- made a left turn from Cedar Avenue and struck them as they were crossing the street.

After hitting them, the Mustang did not stop and continued southbound on E. 30th.

The Cleveland Division of Police is asking that anyone with information in c/w this incident to contact the Hit-Skip Unit at 216.623.5191.
