AKRON -- Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh confirmed that visiting Judge Robert Brown sentenced Kelley Bean, 48, of Lima, to eight years in prison.
Bean, who is HIV positive, had sex with two different men without telling them she had HIV before she had sex with them.
A jury found Bean guilty of two counts of felonious assault on Feb. 8.
