WILLOUGHBY -- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying this couple suspected in a jewelry heist.
Police say this surveillance photo shows the couple outside a downtown jewelry store.
Police say they are suspected of committing a distraction theft of a $5,000 pendant from a downtown jewelry store March 6.
