WESTLAKE -- Cleveland Metroparks Rangers have made an arrest in the fatal car crash that killed William Fekete, 22, of Elyria.
Ryan Fye, 20, the driver of the vehicle, faces one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of aggravated vehicular assault, both felonies.
Rangers said that on March 23 at 4:18 p.m., ranger dispatch received a report of an automobile accident on White Oak Lane in the Bradley Woods Reservation.
Fye, who was driving a 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, is believed to have been traveling westbound at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree.
Fekete was one of four passengers in the car at the time.

The case has been turned over to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office.
If found guilty, Fye faces a maximum sentence of 1-5 years for aggravated vehicular homicide, 6-18 months for aggravated vehicular assault and mandatory revocation of his driver's license.
There was no evidence of alcohol or drug use.
