Charles Ramsey recounts rescue of missing Cleveland women

CLEVELAND --  In the hours since three missing women were rescued from a Cleveland home, the neighbor who helped bring them to safety has become a worldwide social media celebrity.

Charles Ramsey lived next door to the home where Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michele Knight were found.

He says he was eating his Big Mac when he heard a woman scream.  On the WKYC set, he says the scream was so loud it made children playing in the street stop in their tracks.

Ramsey says the whirlwind media attention has left his exhausted but he says he finds it hard to sleep knowing the missing women were being held captive next door to him.
