STOW -- Police arrested and charged a Peninsula woman Tuesday, accused of causing a multi-car crash April 24 on Graham Road that injured five people.
Mary Ann Mervin, 47, of Peninsula, was in Stow Municipal Court where her bond was set at $25,000. Mervin is charged with OVI, marked lanes of travel, driving with a suspended license, reckless operation and aggravated vehicular assault.
Police say Mervin caused the multi-car crash April 24 where five people, including three children, were injured.
Police add that she had a pending probation violation stemming from a DUI conviction last year in Barberton Municipal Court.
Court records show she failed to attend a three-day alcohol abuse program as part her probation.
