CLEVELAND -- At 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, U.S. Marshals and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested David Luczak, 51.

Luczak was wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office in connection with a homicide.

Police allege Luczak shot a man April 23 in the parking lot of the Rainbow Terrace apartments and the man died May 4 so Luczak was charged with homicide.

The task force learned that Luczak was driving a brown pick-up truck with Pennsylvania license plates in the area of Libby and Warrensville center roads in Maple Heights.

Task force members started an area search and located Luczak's vehicle traveling north on Warrensville Center. Police officers positively identified Luczak in the passenger seat of the vehicle and made a traffic stop where Luczak was taken into custody.
