For $600 million? Powerball/USAToday Research tells us the most chosen and least chosen Powerball winning numbers.
Tell the truth: you don't play lottery games until the jackpot gets really high. Well, hello, it's really high so buy a ticket or two, because if you don't play, you have no chance at all.
As of Friday noon, the Powerball jackpot is $600 million and ranks as the second largest in Powerball history and third biggest overall.
The Powerball drawing is Saturday and research shows the sale of tickets is highest the day of the drawing.
And Friday's MegaMillions jackpot isn't too bad either at $190 million.
But you already knew all that, didn't you? So, let's cut to the chase.
Since the current Powerball started, the "Most Chosen" Powerball numbers are: 3, 5, 7, 8, 23, 26, 56 and Powerball 29.
The "Least Chosen" Powerball numbers are: 2, 9, 21, 24, 25, 33, 37, 38, 42, 47 and Powerballs 9, 15, 19 and 31.
Of course, you have a better chance, according to research, of becoming President of the United States (1 in 10 million) or being crushed by a vending machine (1 in 112 million) than winning the Powerball (1 in 175 million)
But I bet you're still going to play. And I'm sure you already have an idea what you'll do with the money, right? I know I do.
Well, good luck and if I don't win, I hope you do.
