CLEVELAND -- While Browns' owner Jimmy Haslam is still weathering a storm of controversy surrounding his family business, Pilot Flying J, one Cleveland City Councilman believes there is a bright spot for Browns fans.

"I'm taking a wait and see attitude," explained Cleveland City Councilman Mike Polensek. "We have a 30-year lease at the stadium that was originally with the NFL and then it went over to the ownership of the Lerner family and now Jimmy Haslam."

According to Polensek, the city's current lease with the Browns would be tough to break and it ensures all home games be played in the city of Cleveland.

"Could a new potential owner challenge it? I assume you can challenge anything in a court room setting, but we all have to step back and see how this thing plays out," assured Polensek. "All this speculation that the NFL is going to take the team or force the ownership out, and new ownership will come in, and the possibility of moving the team, I think that's all way too premature."

Just weeks away from training camp, Browns season ticket holders seem to agree their number one concern at this point is a winning season.

"I'm from Cleveland. I'm a Browns season ticket holder. I will be and I have been... just get us a winner. That's all we want," said Scott Mikulski.
