AKRON -- About 2 p.m. Friday, a woman driver, 24, was stopped at the traffic light at the intersection of East Market Street and South Forge Street.

That's when a man opened her passenger side door and got into her car, saying he had a gun and demanded money.

She didn't see a gun but said she had no money.

She pulled her car into a nearby business and that's when the man demanded that she go to an ATM machine and get money.

She refused and then the man jumped out of her car and ran off.

On Monday, police arrested Frank Dimenna, 23, who police say is homeless, and charged him with aggravated robbery.

He is now in the Summit County Jail.
