Dameron was sentenced in March to hold a sign apologizing to Cleveland Police for making threatening and harassing 9-1-1 calls to officers back in February. He was expected to do this from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. from June 3 until June 7 across from the Cleveland Police Second District station.
The sign is part of a sentence that includes 90 days of jail time as well.
Dameron is reportedly scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
