BRECKSVILLE -- Two Brecksville residents are now under arrest after hundreds of marijuana plants were discovered in their home.

May 25th marks the date of a house fire located on Brecksville Road.

After investigating the scene, firefighters determined that the fire was caused by unauthorized alterations to the electrical meter in an attempt to steal electricity.

Firefighters followed the lines and were brought to the basement that had an un-metered electrical panel. The stolen electricity was also being used to power what police are calling a sophisticated marijuana operation.

Nearly 400 marijuana plants were discovered at the residence.

Kevin Clark, 27, and Natalie Szabo, 26, have been arrested in connection with the incident. They will appear in court this Monday for drug and theft charges.
