The next time you visit Dunkin' Donuts or any food establishment, remember that customers should be as gracious as the employees.

Just remember that employees in all service industries are there to "serve" you, not to "survive" you.

Case in point.

A customer at a Dunkin' Donuts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida stars in a viral video she recorded herself and it does not flatter her.

Abid Adar, 18, was working there that night when Taylor Chapman, 27, came into the shop to complain about the way she had been treated at the shop the night before.

She told Adar that another employee had told her she could get her order for free the next time she came into the store after failing to give her a receipt the night before.

Adar listened patiently to Chapman, who threw in a few racist comments for added insult, and agreed to give Chapman "whatever she wanted" for free.

Now that's a valued employee.

Chapman posted the video as "proof" that she got what she wanted for free, the video went viral online, and several media outlets reported on it.

Chapman got much more than she bargained for...and then some.

The Dunkin' Donuts franchise owner plans to recognize Adar, who endured Chapman's rant with "grace and patience."

Dunkin' Donuts' corporate office tweeted "We're proud of how r crew member handled this situation. The franchise owner of the restaurant plans 2 recognize the crew member."

Sometimes arrogant customers may get much more attention than they really want. Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.
