CARROLL COUNTY -- It's getting harder to find school districts that haven't faced budget deficits and layoffs.
As administrators work to make cuts, some are looking for non-traditional sources of funding. That's the case in one school district, about 90 minutes south of Cleveland, that hasn't passed a levy since the 1970's.
Now money is coming in, thanks to a new deal that's bringing a mix of relief and concern.
