CLEVELAND -- The Great Lakes Brewing Company is getting back to their roots when it comes to brewing beer.
The Cleveland Brewery is brewing up a beer with a recipe that came from a poem written by the Sumerians and is thousands of years old.
They are using clay vessels and a wooden spoon, along with a specific blend of spices.
The beer is then being brewed over a fire pit. The beer will not be sold, but employees say a special tasting event will be held in the future.
