Victim Rights: What you need to know

A drunk driving crash can emotionally and finically devastate a family.  It's important to know that as a victim/ survivor, you have rights as set forth in the Victim Rights Act of 2004.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is one of the largest victim services organizations in the nation.  MADD has a Help Line available 24/7 staffed by trained victim advocates.  Call 1-877-MADD-HELP (1-877-623-3435)

Monetary assistance may be available for eligible victims and survivors to help with the financial costs associated with drunk driving crashes.  MADD can help victims apply for assistance.
