SHAKER HEIGHTS -- The woman who was punched by an RTA bus driver will be spending a few days in jail for disorderly conduct tied to the incident.
Shidea Lane was sentenced Tuesday morning to three days behind bars with a $250 fine and probation.
She must also complete an anger management program.
Lane was found guilty last month for her role in the Sept. 18 incident. Cell phone video, which surfaced last October, captured Lane arguing with the driver before he delivered an uppercut punch to her face.
Earlier this month, the bus driver who delivered the punch, Artis Hughes, was also sentenced to three days behind bars for charges tied to the scuffle. He was also punished with a $1,000 fine, probation and anger management.
Hughes was fired by the RTA shortly after the video was released.
