EAST CLEVELAND -- The man accused in the murders of three women found in East Cleveland has a trial date set for February.

Michael Madison was back in court Tuesday for a brief pre-trial hearing.  During the proceeding he waived his right to a speedy trial.  A trial date has been scheduled beginning February 28, 2014.

The judge also granted a defense motion that permits Madison to wear civilian clothes at future court proceedings.

Madison, 35, is accused of killing three women -- Shetisha Sheeley, Angela H. Deskins and Shirellda Terry -- whose bodies were found wrapped in plastic within the same East Cleveland neighborhood last month.
