Police arrest 15-year-old, 25-year-old in shooting

AKRON -- Police arrest two in connection with the Aug. 29 shooting outside a Lovers Lane convenience store.

Police arrested David Patrick Phillips, 25, and Raous L. Lewis, 15, both of Akron, for their involvement in a recent robbery/shooting that left one man -- Paris Wicks II, 23, of Akron -- dead and another man -- Branson Price, 23, of Akron -- injured.

Paris Wicks II and Branson Price were both shot outside of a convenience store in the 1000 block of Lovers Lane around 3:30 p.m. Aug. 29.

Ramous Lewis was charged with aggravated murder, robbery and felonious assault and placed in the custody of the Summit County Juvenile Detention Center.

David Phillips was charged with complicity to commit aggravated murder and aggravated robbery and booked into the Summit County Jail.
