CLEVELAND -- Indians fans came into Tuesday night's game bundled in their winter gear -- then left the game geared up for a stronger spot in the Wild Card race.
"Jason Giambi has more gray hair than I do, but he knows how to win," said Indians fan Mike Vilheim.
Fans and local businesses are dreaming of a deep post-season run.
"This is a big upswing," says Harry Buffalo manager Anthony Pestello. "Typically on a weeknight, we have two bartenders and 15 customers. Tonight, on a big game night we have six bartenders and 700 customers."
From restaurants to valet stand attendants, the post-season is being rooted for in every corner and shadow of Progressive Field.
"It's been a real slow summer, but you can feel the energy now," said valet Mitchell Through.
The final regular season tribe game for the Indians is Wednesday night.
The Indians hope they outdraw Tuesday's crowd attendance of 21,083 -- filling less than half the ballpark.
