If you missed it on Channel 3 News Today, Here is the Fall Pumpkin Dip Hollie made using her friend Mary Lynn's recipe.
- 2 cups solid packed pumpkin
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon cloves, nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Assorted ginger snaps, vanilla wafers, caramel and plain apples for dipping.
Mix pumpkin, cream cheese, powdered sugar and spices with mixer. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Serve with assorted festive fall dippers!
