If you're heading to the game in person or just want to be part of the tailgating atmosphere, the Department of Public Works is reminding fans the Municipal lot special event parking won't begin until noon on Thursday.

There will no tailgating permitted before that time.

At noon, the city says vehicles will be permitted to use the eastern portion of the lot. At 5:30 p.m., all vehicles will be permitted in both portions of the lot.

There will be no "in and out" privileges permitted at any time and vehicles cannot be moved from the East lot to the West lot.

The Willard Parking Garage opens for special event parking at 5 p.m.
