The state patrol says four people have been treated for minor injuries after a tractor-trailer carrying automobiles jack-knifed in Edinburg. The interstate was closed for about three hours. The wreck happened this afternoon as heavy snow caused near whiteout conditions in Portage County. The accident was between State Route 14 and state Route 225 about 50 miles southwest of Cleveland. Heavy snow has been falling in parts of northeast Ohio since early morning. Up to a foot is expected in some parts by the evening and into early tomorrow.
