CDC chief: Anthrax gaffe 'should never have happened'
Testifying in a U.S. House hearing, Dr. Tom Frieden, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said even though there was no risk to the public and minimal risk to CDC employees, the mishandling of live anthrax was unacceptable.
