City of Cleveland's plans for snow removal

CLEVELAND – Crews are still working to clear the snow from streets throughout the city.

The mayor's office says a parking ban is still in effect.

People also asked to not park on designated Snow Emergency streets, which are used to move food and fuel supplies, medical care, and allow a pathway for first responders.

The city of Cleveland is using 43 snow plows to clear residential areas and several other snow tools around the clock.

The city is encouraging residents to do the following to help crews keep streets clean:

  • Park off-street whenever possible to let snow plows reach from curb to curb.
  • Stay off the streets as much as possible.
  • If you must travel, use caution and give yourself extra time.

Cleveland residents with snow removal concerns can call 216-664-2510.
