UPDATE: Cleveland fugitive caught in Steubenville

STEUBENVILLE, OHIO - Early Wednesday morning, the U.S. Marshals say that Rocco Pandoli was arrested in Steubenville, Ohio.  He was taken into custody by Deputies and Task Force Officers out of West Virginia.

Pandoli was wanted since October for aiding and abetting in a homicide.

Back in November, the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force offered a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitives Dallas Acoff and Pandoli.

Both were wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Wheeling, West Virginia Police Department.

Acoff was wanted for homicide and Pandoli is wanted for aiding and abetting, which stems from the homicide.

Acoff was already captured.

On October 9, Lemroy Coleman was shot and killed outside a bar in the Wheeling, West Virginia area. It is believed that, after the homicide, both Acoff and Pandoli came back to Cleveland.
