The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that would lead to the capture of fugitive Carlos Garcia-Toro, aka Peter Marquez Marquez.
Garcia-Toro, aka Marquez Marquez, is wanted by U.S. Marshals and the commonwealth of San Juan, Puerto Rico, for homicide and larceny.
It is alleged that Garcia-Toro killed a man and was stealing bank account information from unsuspecting people and businesses.
A warrant was issued back in November 2012 and Garcia-Toro fled Puerto Rico and moved to Cleveland.
Once in Cleveland, he obtained fraudulent documents and a new driver's license under his new identity Peter Marquez Marquez.
Garcia-Toro, 23, is white, stands about 5-foot-11 and weighs 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Garcia-Toro is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 3400 block of West 50th Street in Cleveland.
