Airports have a few stranded passengers waiting for flights

CLEVELAND -- The cold weather we're experiencing here is also being felt around much of the country. Not surprisingly, that's causing major problems for travelers.

Airline passengers are having a terrible time, with flights that are canceled and/or delayed because of the freezing temperatures.

Some of the crunch Monday was avoided after United cancelled more than half of its flights in advance on Sunday. The airport is crowded but most of the passengers are just waiting to reschedule their flights.

Others are coming up with creative "Plan Bs."
