CLEVELAND -- Dehydration is a real risk as the temps move into the 90s. Make sure you're staying hydrated properly.

Experts say water is your best bet. Pop containing caffeine acts as a diuretic and the fluid goes right through you. Alcohol has the same effect and can actually help dehydrate you.

Water is always a good choice and consider sports drinks if you're exercising or working outdoors and sweating a lot.
