WASHINGTON -- A Columbus company has resumed shipping pharmacies its generic version of Flonase, the popular allergy spray.
Roxane Laboratories won approval for its nasal spray last month, but Flonase maker GlaxoSmithKline immediately sued to block the competition.
It won a temporary restraining order that suspended sales.
But a federal court in Maryland refused to extend that order yesterday, allowing sales of Roxane?s generic and another made by Par Pharmaceutical to go forward.
