Eric Tutstone, 43, is charged with selling the teenage girl for $300 to a madam at the Starbucks on West 6th Street in Cleveland.

An FBI agent said in a statement that Tutstone stated he originally planned to sell the girl for phone sex.

The FBI arrested Tutstone as he left Starbucks. A spokesman declined comment.

Tutstone is scheduled to appear in federal court next week.
