3 things to know: Tuesday

1. A local soldier killed in the line of duty 64 years ago, will come home today. Donald Durfee was only 19 years old when he was killed in Korea in 1950. His remains were buried as "unknown" until they were recently identified by a DNA registry. Durfee's body is being flown home today and he will now receive a full military burial.

2. The nephew of Ariel Castro is expected in court today for a pretrial hearing. Jeremi Alicea is charged with 22 counts of child pornography and has pleaded not guilty. Court records show that the alleged crimes occurred last September 17 and October 8. Alicea's bond has been continued for $2,500.

3. We should know more about how Cleveland schools are doing today. Cleveland Transformation Alliance and Mayor Jackson will unveil the report cards, for all public and partner charter schools. The report cards are meant to help families choose which school to send their students. The press conference is at 10:30 a.m. at Cleveland City Hall.
