3 things to know: Tuesday

1. You'll soon have more options when you fly out of Cleveland. Hopkins Airport is set to make an announcement Tuesday about more flights being added to their schedule. The event will talk about Frontier Airline's plan for expansion here in Cleveland. Frontier Airlines is a low-cost carrier based in Denver. It operates flights to 77 destinations.

2. A Cleveland firefighter will be in court Tuesday. 42-year-old Almon Harris is charged with assault and menacing for allegedly threatening one of his tenants with a machete. Police say there was an argument over rent and that Harris poked two people with the machete, then punched one of them. Harris has been with the Cleveland fire department for 19 years.

3. Governor John Kasich will release an update on Ohio's budget, half way through the current budget cycle. Today he will release his plan for lowering Ohio's personal income tax rate to below 5 percent. It will also address education and services to the unemployed and low-income families.
