Many of us have friends or family touched by cancer.
Saturday there was an event to support of those fighting the disease. It's called 'Stepping Out Against Breast Cancer'.
This is the second annual event made possible with the help of the Caring and Sharing ministry at the Zion Chapel Missionary Baptist church and other local organizations.
Channel 3's Pamela Osborne was there at the event at the JFK recreation center in Cleveland.
