CLEVELAND -- The violence in Syria has grown increasingly worse over the past two months.
Just this weekend, an explosion killed at least ten people and injured dozens. This comes as a U.N. peace envoy is meeting with Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad to try to reach a truce.
On Sunday morning, WKYC discussed the issue with Dr. Peter Moore of CWRU.
If you would like to join the discussion, Cleveland Peace Action will host "Syria After Assad -- A Community Conversation."
The event is free and open to the public. It will be held on Thursday, October 25 at 7 p.m. at Pilgrim Church, located on 2592 West 14th in Cleveland.
