Akron police, U.S. Marshals searching for Akron fugitive

AKRON - Police here are working with the U.S. Marshals' Violent Fugitive Task Force in asking the public for hlep in finding Finess A. Terry.

Terry, 25, whose last known address is Duana Avenue in Akron, is wanted for felonious assault and shooting a gun into a home.

It was about 6 p.m. March 24, 2016, that Terry and other men in a car were involved in a gunfight, police said, in the 300 block of Chittenden Street.  Police say a stray bullet went through a house on Chittenden Street and struck a woman, 63, that was inside the house.

She was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Terry is described as standing 5’09” tall and weighing 160 lbs and is to be considered armed and dangerous.
