Four now arrested, charged in connection with death of Ashtabula County girl, 13

ASHTABULA, Ohio -- According to the City of Ashtabula's Solicitor, four people have now been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Kara Zdancziewski, 13, a student at Lakeside Junior High School

They are: 
-   John Richard Bove, 46, of Ashtabula, charged with aggravated murder and kidnapping; he is in the custody of the Mercer County authorities in Pennsylvania;

-   Debra Ann Bove, 47, of Ashtabula charged with obstructing justice; now in the Ashtabula City Jail;

-   Malachi D. Schultz, 20, of Ashtabula charged with obstructing justice and tampering with evidence; now in the Ashtabula City Jail; and

-  Stanley Wilfong III, 56, of Ashtabula charged with obstructing justice and tampering with evidence; now in the Ashtabula City Jail.

According to the solicitor, arrangements are still pending to bring John Bove to Ashtabula to be arraigned.

Debra Bove has waived a preliminary hearing and her case will be presented to the Ashtabula County Grand Jury by Ashtabula County Prosecutor Nicholas Iarocci within 60 days, according to a news release.

Schultz and Wilfong have been arraigned and their preliminary hearings have been scheduled in the Ashtabula Municipal Court, according to the solicitor.

The investigation continues.
