Bay Village Police settle pizza, loud stereo complaints

BAY VILLAGE -- Police dealt with two incidents on Knickerbocker Road over the weekend where people were annoyed enough to call police.

Just before 6 a.m. Friday, a resident in the 23000 block of Knickerbocker Road called to report that one of his neighbors was playing his stereo very loudly. Police officers responded and agreed, citing the 62-year-old resident for disturbing the peace.

Just after midnight Saturday, an irate resident in the 24000 block of Knickerbocker called police. He complained, police said, that a pizza delivery person had pulled into his driveway and used a flashlight to light up the front of his house in an attempt to locate an address.

He told police he didn't order a pizza, but his neighbor did.

Police advised the caller to contact the pizza company.
